مشكلة الترميز عند الكتابة إلى ملف: UnicodeEncodeError: 'charmap' codec can't encode character '\u039a'

مطلوب إجراء تحليل vk وفقًا للمعايير المحددة وكتابة النتيجة في ملف باستخدام Python 3.5.
