Task «Extension for case-insensitive substring search»

Write an extension function for the String class called `containsIgnoreCase`, which takes another string and returns `true` if the original string contains the passed substring ignoring case, and `false` otherwise. Input: two strings, each on a separate line. Output: `true` or `false`.

Input Format

Two strings: the first is the original string, the second is the target substring.

Output Format

One line: true or false.
