Für Windows 10 muss das Plyer-Modul verwendet werden, hier ist es noch einfacher
import plyerplyer.notification.notify ( message='Eigentliche Nachricht', app_name='Name deiner Anwendung', app_icon='sample.jpg', title='Titel', )Vergiss nicht, es über pip zu installieren
