Python how to derive the result (it works in the console, but not in Pycharm)

Beim Start in der Konsole funktioniert alles, alles verteilt sich,

> python3 4 t1.py

zeigt:

Signal8 - 0 signal9 - 0 signal11 - 0 signal22 - 0 signal22 - 0 signal25 - 0

und wenn in Pycharm, dann nicht. Er formt es wahrscheinlich als OJSC. Die Frage ist, wie ich das bekomme, was ich erhalte: subprocess, stdout
