Determining gender by full name

Please advise an algorithm for determining gender by full name. Are there any solutions in Python? I tried: 1-by endings; 2-using pymorphy to split the full name into words and determine the gender of each word. Are there any other libraries or algorithms? Full names can be not only Russian.

To filter (remove rows) a DataFrame by the criterion: "remove rows where the value in the column STP == 1005092"
Option 1: filter by a single value:
df = df.loc[df['STP'] != 1005092]Option 2: you can specify multiple values:
df = df.loc[~df['STP'].isin([1005092])]Option 3: filter by a single value:
