iOS 8 UITableView separator inset 0 not working: how to remove padding?
Hi everyone! I'm writing an app for iOS 8 in Swift, and I've run into a problem that's driving me crazy. I want the separator lines in my UITableView to have no padding, meaning they go from the far left edge to the far right edge. It seems simple: I set `tableView.separatorInset = UIEdgeInsetsZero` or `tableView.separatorInset = UIEdgeInsets(top: 0, left: 0, bottom: 0, right: 0)`, but it doesn't work — the left padding still remains. I've tried everything: setting the inset in `viewDidLoad`, in `cellForRowAtIndexPath` for each cell, even tried overriding `layoutMargins` on the cell. Nothing helps.
Here's my code:
```swift
override func viewDidLoad() {
super.viewDidLoad()
tableView.separatorInset = UIEdgeInsetsZero
tableView.separatorStyle = .SingleLine
}
```
