How to update Cargo to the latest stable version?
Hi everyone! I just started learning Rust and ran into a problem. The official guide says to use `rustup` to install Rust and Cargo. I did that, and everything installed. But now I see that a new version of Cargo has been released, while mine is old. I tried running the `cargo update` command, but it turns out that updates dependencies in the project, not Cargo itself.
Then I found advice online to run `cargo install cargo`, but it gave an error saying the package `cargo` was not found. I'm confused. My current Rust code, for example, compiles fine:
```rust
fn main() {
println!("Hello, world!");
}
```
But I want to use the new Cargo features that appeared in the latest version. How do I properly update Cargo to the latest stable release? Do I need to
