How to convert a Kotlin array to varargs for calling a Java method?
Hello everyone! I'm writing in Kotlin and ran into a problem when calling a Java method that accepts varargs (variable number of arguments). \n\nI have a Java class with a method that looks like this:\n\n```java\npublic class Printer {\n public static void printMessages(String... messages) {\n for (String msg : messages) {\n System.out.println(msg);\n }\n }\n}\n```\n\nFrom Kotlin, I want to pass an array of strings to this method. I create an array:\n\n```kotlin\nval array = arrayOf("Hello", "World", "Kotlin")\n```\n\nBut when I try to call `Printer.printMessages(array)`, the compiler gives an error: "Type mismatch: inferred type is Array but String was expected". \n\nI understand that varargs in Java is essentially an array, but Kotlin apparently doesn't allow directly passing an array to a varargs parameter. How can I properly pass a Kotlin array to a Java method that expects varargs?
