Change python version in windows 10

I have 2 versions of python on my system (win 10), both are needed. How can I switch between them? In the situation in the screenshot, why does it say version 2.7, but 3.8 starts? I read that I need to change something in the system PATH variables, but I couldn't find any clear information on what exactly.

Create a resource file, for example res_1.qrc
```
<RCC>  <qresource prefix=""/"">    <file>images/head.jpg</file>  </qresource></RCC>
```
Assume that the image head.jpg is located in the images directory (images/head.jpg)
Load the image from the resource file:
Conversion command pyrcc5 res_1.qrc -o res_1_rc.py
This method involves converting the res_1.qrc file into the res_1_rc.py file. All images are in res_1_rc.py
Write main.py
