Android SDK installation does not see JDK on Windows 7 x64 (JDK 6)

Hello everyone! I'm a beginner in Android development, trying to set up the environment on Windows 7 (64-bit version). I installed JDK 6 (jdk-6u45-windows-x64.exe) into the folder `C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_45`. Then I downloaded Android SDK (installer_r24.4.1-windows.exe) and started the installation. But at the step where the installation wizard asks to specify the JDK folder, I point to the path `C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_45`, and it gives an error: "No Java Development Kit (JDK) found. Please ensure that JDK is installed correctly." I checked — the folder contains `bin`, `lib`, `include`, everything is in place. I reinstalled JDK twice, rebooted the computer — it doesn't help. I also tried specifying the path via `JAVA_HOME` — I created a system variable `JAVA_HOME = C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_45`, added `%JAVA_HOME%\bin` to `PATH`
