How to allow access to Angular application from external network (not localhost)?
Hello! I'm developing an Angular application in TypeScript. When I run `ng serve`, everything works fine on `http://localhost:4200`. But I need other devices on my local network to be able to access the application (for example, from my phone or another computer). When I try to open `http://192.168.1.100:4200` (my IP address), the browser shows "Connection refused" or "This site can't be reached".
I tried running `ng serve --host 0.0.0.0`, but it didn't help. Moreover, I'm using Angular CLI version 15, and the project is configured with `angular.json`. I need the application to be accessible not only via localhost but also via a real IP address on the network.
Here is my current startup:
```typescript
// package.json
{
"scripts": {
"start": "ng serve",
"build
