How to enable assembly binding error logging (Fusion) in .NET for debugging?

Hello colleagues! I'm writing an application in C# (.NET Framework 4.7.2). Recently I encountered a problem: after updating one of the third-party libraries (Newtonsoft.Json from 12.0.3 to 13.0.1), an exception occurs at startup:\n\nSystem.IO.FileLoadException: "Could not load file or assembly 'Newtonsoft.Json, Version=12.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=30ad4fe6b2a6aeed' or one of its dependencies.
