How to create an instance of an object by its type (Type) in C#?

Hi everyone! I'm new to C# and ran into a problem. I have a variable of type `Type`, for example, obtained via `typeof(MyClass)` or from a string with the class name. I need to dynamically create an object of this type, but I don't know how to do it. Here's an example that doesn't work: ```csharp Type myType = typeof(StringBuilder); var instance = new myType(); // Error: "myType" is a variable, not a type ``` I understand that in C# you can't use `new` with a variable of type `Type`. I googled it and found mentions of `Activator.CreateInstance`, but I haven't fully figured it out. How do I correctly create an object if I only have `Type`? It's important that the solution works both for classes without constructor parameters and for classes with parameters. Thanks in advance! <<>>
