WebStorm/PhpStorm: how to force auto-import in TypeScript to use single quotes instead of double quotes?

Hi everyone! I just started learning TypeScript and use WebStorm. I have a small project and noticed a strange thing: when I write code and use auto-import (Alt+Enter), the IDE automatically adds imports with double quotes. For example, I write: ```typescript const myFunc = (): void => { console.log('Hello'); } ``` And when I want to import some module, say, `import { Component } from "angular/core";`, WebStorm inserts double quotes. But in my project I use single quotes for strings everywhere (this is an eslint rule). As a result, every time I have to manually change the quotes after auto-import, which is very annoying. I checked the settings: in `Preferences > Editor > Code Style > TypeScript > Punctuation` I have "Single quotes" set for strings. I restarted the IDE.
