Determination of the floor by name

Tell me, please, the algorithm for determining the floor by name. Maybe there are any solutions in Python? I tried: 1- by endings; 2- with Pymorphy broke up the name into words and determined the gender of each word. Are there any other libraries or maybe an algorithm? The full name can be not only Russian.
