How to use Python to download a file from Google Drive?

I want to implement a program with auto-update, and for this I need a script to download a file from Google Drive. I should mention right away that the file has open access and downloading is enabled. But how to do this if you can't get a direct link to the file itself, so I don't know how to implement it.
