SourceKitService Terminated: Xcode crashes when editing Swift code

Hi! Xcode keeps crashing with the error "SourceKitService Terminated". This happens when I edit Swift files. The error appears suddenly: I'm writing code, and Xcode freezes for 5-10 seconds, then this message pops up. After that, autocomplete stops working, syntax highlighting disappears, and Xcode becomes almost unusable until I restart it.
