How to find out which Python interpreter I use?

What is my installed interpreter? They write:

"If you type 'python' in the terminal to run the interpreter, it's probably CPython. The executable name for IronPython is 'ipy'.

and

if you downloaded Python from python.org, then it's CPython.

but how to find out for sure?
