CMD does not open in pycharm

📁 lambda, Advanced Python Topics, AI, project

PyCharm does not open the terminal, PyCharm of the latest current version, Windows 10 X64. I tried to launch from admin, in the project settings the path to the project is correct, the path to cmd is cmd.exe.
