How to write a site on Python without using frameworks? [closed]

The question arose: how are sites written in Python? I read almost half of the textbook, I use the built-in interpreter on Linux, but I still can't understand how to use Python to create a site.

I forgot to write that I would like to do without frameworks (i.e. write my own). I didn't find any information on the internet.
