How to withdraw an even number from the list if all other values are odd, and vice versa?

Lists can be of two types: with all even numbers and one odd, and with all odd numbers and one even. The list can contain at least three values.

Example lists:

[2, 4, 0, 100, 4, 11, 2602, 36] # must output 11 (as the only odd)
[160, 3, 1719, 19, 11, 13, -21] # must output 160 (as the only even)
