Python is in Path but does not start from CMD

I installed Python for Visual Studio 2019. I also want to work with it from CMD. I added the path to the folder containing python.exe in the path variable. However, when restarting CMD and typing python, the prompt appears again, and Windows launches its application store and offers to download Python.

I work on Windows 10 Pro.
