Bot de Telegram en un chat grupal

Hice un bot simple de Telegram:

@bot.message_handler(func_types=["text"])
def repeat_all_messages(message):
    if (message.text.split(" ")[0].upper() == 'BOT,'):
        bot.send_message(message.chat.id, 'I\'m here')

Todo funciona bien, pero cuando lo agrego a un chat grupal, se queda en silencio. Dime cómo hacerlo para que se adapte a los chats grupales.
