Placement of using directives: inside or outside namespace in C#?

Hi everyone! I'm a beginner C# developer and recently came across a question that really confused me. Our team uses StyleCop, and it constantly complains about the placement of using directives. I'm used to writing all using statements at the very top of the file, before the namespace declaration, as I was taught at university. But StyleCop recommends placing them inside the namespace. Here's an example of my code: ```csharp using System; using System.Collections.Generic; using System.Linq; namespace MyProject.Services { public class UserService { // service code } } ``` And StyleCop wants it like this: ```csharp namespace MyProject.Services { using System; using System.Collections.Generic; using System.Linq; public class UserService { // service code } } ```
