How to get timezone in Python
📁 example
Hello. I need to get the timezone number in Python. time.timezone returns a value like -14000, but I need to get, for example, 3 for Moscow. Can anyone tell me how to do this. Thanks in advance
This is a Windows problem. There is no such problem in Linux - on these operating systems it usually comes "out of the box" (for example, in Fedora many scripts are written in it).
The correct approach is to create two program installers: one with embedded Python, and one without.
The installer with embedded Python should either include a full Python installer and install it normally (but should be prepared for the case when Python is already installed on the user's system), or contain a minimal required version of Python and keep it in its own folder.
I would do the following: an installer without Python with the ability to download it from the Internet if it is not installed on the user's system.
