How to create a deb package?

I'm writing in python3 on Ubuntu, I want to create a deb package, please advise how, or where is there available information?

Ellipsis Object or ... is a literal built-in constant (Ellipsis). There are types like True, False, None, ... .

... can be used where we have an empty class body or statement (instead of pass),

i.e., we can say it's empty for now, but to be continued or I'll write it later.
