How to make friends Python and C++ | Python to Bin/EXE

Hello again.

There is a task to rewrite existing Python data classes/structures into C. I have little idea how to work, but the task is set, it needs to be studied. Please tell me how this should look? Preferably real experience, because links are not always saved. And most importantly, how much will this speed up the execution of the software code?

An alternative to this kind of suggestion from my bosses, I see compiling Python into an executable application (Linux-Binary, Windows-Exe). What do you think about this issue?
