Erro TypeScript: "Cannot write file ... because it would overwrite input file" no Visual Studio

Olá a todos! Sou novo em TypeScript, escrevendo nele no Visual Studio 2015. Instalei o TypeScript 2.0 via NuGet. Criei um projeto simples, onde há um arquivo app.ts:

function greet(name: string) {
    return `Hello, ${name}!`;
}

console.log(greet('World'));

No tsconfig.json tenho configurado:

O arquivo app.ts está na pasta src. Ao tentar compilar o projeto (Ctrl+Shift+B) recebo o erro:

Cannot write file 'C:/Projects/MyApp/dist/app.js' because it would overwrite input file.
