Using指令的位置：在C#命名空间内部还是外部？
大家好！我是一名初学C#的开发者，最近遇到了一个让我很困惑的问题。我们团队使用StyleCop，它总是对using指令的位置提出警告。我习惯像大学里教的那样，把所有using放在文件最顶部、命名空间声明之前。但StyleCop建议将它们放在命名空间内部。以下是我的代码示例：

using System.Collections.Generic;
using System.Linq;
namespace MyProject.Services
{
public class UserService
{
// 服务代码
}
}
```
而StyleCop希望这样：
```csharp
namespace MyProject.Services
{
using System;
using System.Collections.Generic;
using System.Linq;
public class UserService
{
// 服务代码
}
}
```
老实说，我看不出程序运行上有什么区别。两种方式都能编译并正常工作。但同事们说这对代码组织和避免名称冲突很重要。
