Error "Laravel requires the Mcrypt PHP extension" when installing Laravel 4

Hello everyone! I'm a beginner in PHP and Laravel, trying to install Laravel 4 on my local server (OpenServer on Windows). I'm following the instructions: downloaded Composer, installed it, open the console, type `composer create-project laravel/laravel myproject --prefer-dist`. The download starts, but then the process stops and I get an error: ``` Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages. Problem 1 - laravel/framework v4.2.17 requires ext-mcrypt * -> the requested PHP extension is missing from your system. - laravel/framework v4.2.16 requires ext-mcrypt * -> the requested PHP extension is missing from your system. - ... ``` I checked phpinfo() — there is no mcrypt section. In php.ini I uncommented the line `extension=php_mcrypt.dll`, but nothing
