¿Por qué no se muestra el inline keyboard al editar un mensaje?

Tengo un código en Python para enviar mensajes y luego editarlos.
Pero al cambiar el texto y los botones en un mensaje ya existente, el texto cambia, pero los botones desaparecen.
Sin embargo, si envío un nuevo mensaje con los mismos botones, todo funciona perfectamente.
