Python how to derive the result (it works in the console, but not in Pycharm)

When starting in the console, everything works, everything runs,

> python3 4 t1.py

displays:

Signal8 - 0 signal9 - 0 signal11 - 0 signal22 - 0 signal22 - 0 signal25 - 0

and if in Pycharm, then no. It forms it, probably, as an OJSC. The question is how to get out what I get: subprocess, stdout
