This is a Hummingboard (cubox-i) with debian. It gives the following error:

error: Command 'Arm-Linux-GnueabiHF-GCC' Failed with Exit Status 1.

arm-linux-gnueabihf-gcc also cannot be installed:

E: Unable to locate package gcc-arm-linux-gnueabihf
