Por que o inline keyboard não aparece ao editar uma mensagem?

"Eu tenho um código em Python para enviar mensagens e depois editá-las.
Mas ao alterar o texto e os botões em uma mensagem já existente, o texto muda, mas os botões desaparecem.
No entanto, se eu enviar uma nova mensagem com os mesmos botões, tudo funciona perfeitamente.
